Test @HOME: Webex replaces Zoom
An important update for tests @HOME starting in January 2026: Webex will be the app required on the mobile device.
Webex must be installed on the mobile device and will be used to join the virtual room and monitor test compliance. There are no significant operational differences compared to Zoom (the app used in recent years for tests @HOME).
